Payment Timing

Cancellation Policy
- 7+ days before tour date: Full refund
- 3–6 days before tour date: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund
Cancellations due to severe weather or natural disasters will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days of cancellation approval.
