Terms of Service

By accessing and using Ohayo Travel Japan services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept payments through Stripe in USD. Prices are per vehicle, not per person. The rate depends on which vehicle you book, not on how many people are travelling, so two people and six people in the same vehicle pay the same. Vehicle options are a 2 seat sedan, a 6 seat wagon, a 6 seat premium Alphard, a 9 seat van and a 13 seat van. Full pricing is on our private tour cost page.

Cancellations made 3 days (72 hours) or more before the tour start time receive a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable. Please see our Cancellation Policy page for full details, including exceptions for severe weather and other events outside our control.

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide equivalent alternatives.

Customers are responsible for being at the designated meeting point on time, having valid travel documents, and following the guide instructions during tours.

Ohayo Travel Japan acts as a tour operator and is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during tours. We recommend travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
